Is this a good WOW Mage?

Personal I think. spec is a little weak. While my A mage arcane spec'ed 41 and 20 light (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/mage/talents.html?2050052010230150330125150520201230000000000000000000000000000000000). Depending on what you plan to do PVP or pvp'ers pve spec is very little change in the power plant. pve'ers more lean in the arcane but from what I've seen. arcane power plant trees compliments very good for PVP. (Not a full power of emotion is what I am told).
