Auto Circadian Meditation? Can anyone give me any factual info on this?
So I was talking to someone the other day about how my sleep schedule is always so messed up. They mentioned a technique called “Auto Circadian Meditation”.. they said they had heard of it before, and said that it provides all the benefits of a full nights sleep in only a few hours. They couldn’t tell me much more than that so I researched it extensively and so far I have only found small bits of information on the technique, no resources as to how to do the technique itself. I’ve been so fascinated by this the past couple of days, I need to find some answers. Does anyone know anything about this technique? Is it really out there?
Sounds like a psuedo-spiritual term invented by “new age” quacks to make a quick buck by distorting and exagerrating the claims made for The Uberman sleep schedule (which does at least have some science backing it up)
