Interested in hearing public opinion on the best way to control your mind and Or get the best out of it or not.

Over the past few years I have looked at several different ways. The development of inner peace and contol mind (meditation, tai chi, mantras, proverbs, traditional knowledge. religion etc), one of the best ways I've found is the importance of management Stimuli within the intrusive thoughts and negative thoughts feelings and emotions. One method is meditation. – Just do not care for the mental game is not plugged. Try not to think the treatment is to focus on. whats around you, etc. More emphasis within / In their own thoughts on this any. The best just do not think myself and let the brain thinking. / Do your thing? Almost paradox – the best of mind to stop thinking of you. topic Big think I know any of this. May I recommend this book will help you in your journey. . Consciousness quantum by Stephen Wolinsky. Suggest that was Psychological quantum. . Is an exercise of the mind to help you develop All of your consciousness (thoughts feelings emotions Association). Made of energy when you have to experience yourself. Observer, then you can start. Experience everything you observe occurring in the "heart" to do the same underlying energy. Angry or happy at the same energy.
