Satipatthana Sutta..?
I am writing a sort of commentary on this Sutta from my experience and wondered if anyone who has read and practised the meditation method/s within it has any insights or understanding of the variations of the words which they feel is important to add
I don’t want to miss something due to a translation from the various pali scripts (there are slight variations)
As Always I ask this Question With Metta
(((((((May You All Be Happy And Well)))))))
Thank-you for answering
Watching the breath, the mind, the desires etc are excellent techniques; but who, or what is the watcher that watches the self and what it is experiencing, desiring or doing?
