
What should i do not to be jealous and possessive?
I’m too possessive(rather obsessive) for my friends. I don’t even like my one friend to become more friendly with the other. And yet if any of them scores better then i’m jealous. Oh my god i’m so stressed out please can someone help. What should i do to remove these dumb thoughts? Please if you are going to suggest meditation tell me how to do it too.
This very informal yet powerful meditation can be done while drowsing in bed as you are waking up or going to sleep, resting on the couch, or sitting with a straight posture.
