Some people feel that their faith helps them to live well. For me, mindfulness based Stress Reduction keeps me aware and calm. What is you most effective tool for effective and happy living?
My main one is talking to and spending time with my friends. Mine are always trying to see the good and beauty that surrounds us. When that doesnt work, I drink bourbon, when that doesnt work I drink bourbon and take a pill.
