HELP…I could not complete The Great Vipassana Meditation 10 day’s programme. HELP?

I had to leave the camp for a social reason on 4th day. & because of my BUSY Schedule I will be able to join the same Next Year!!! Can Any one Give me the Steps of all 10 days? I could do ANAPANA only!!! What are the Next Steps? Please Help……Thanks in Advance.

I’ve done the course, and many others. Congratulations on having gone, but don’t try to continue based on someone’s brief answers. You won’t really get what the course has to offer without doing it from beginning to end.
If you absolutely can’t go until next year, don’t worry! Do it when you’re really ready and you have the time. Meanwhile, anapana is just as potent as the “vipassana” that S.N. Goenka teaches, if you keep at it – and especially if you can get some more guidance on how it’s done (to a deeper level).
I would suggest you keep up your anapana practice, and you can also look for other vipassana centers (besides Goenka) that will be able to give you guidance in the form of shorter meetings that will probably be easier to accomadate if you’re busy.
